Terms of use
Only the French version is legally binding. This English text is a courtesy translation, provided so that you can understand what you are agreeing to. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails. References to French law and to French authorities (CNIL, LCEN) are kept as they are: they are the ones that apply.
PC Bang Simulator is a free online management game, without advertising, offered for entertainment purposes. Creating an account requires express acceptance of these terms: it is collected through a checkbox, never pre-ticked, and stored together with its date and the version number accepted. Version 3 — August 2026.
1. Purpose and access to the game
The game lets you manage a virtual internet café and interact with other players (leaderboards, visits, guestbook). Access requires an account, an internet connection and a recent browser. The game is currently in beta: rules, balancing and features change regularly, and progression adjustments (or, as a last resort, a partial reset of games) may prove necessary.
2. Account
Creating an account normally requires a valid e-mail address and a password (8 characters minimum), which you undertake to keep confidential. The game also offers a “Play as guest” mode, which opens an account without an e-mail address or a password: you can add both later, from the Account panel, without losing your game — this is the only way to recover it if you change device or clear your browser. You are responsible for the activity on your account. One account per player; the name of your PC Bang is unique and public. The handling of personal data is described on the Personal data (GDPR) page, reachable from the Options.
3. Virtual currency
All in-game currency is fictional and has no real value. The game offers no purchase, no payment, no conversion into real money and no monetary earnings of any kind. Currency and virtual items do not constitute transferable assets.
4. Player content and moderation
The content you publish (the name of your PC Bang, sign text, guestbook reviews, feedback messages) must respect the law and other players: no hateful, defamatory, obscene or advertising content, and no personal data belonging to third parties. This content may be moderated, hidden or deleted, and guestbook reviews may be reported by players. By publishing, you allow it to be displayed in the game (leaderboards, visits, guestbook).
5. Fair use
You may not cheat or attempt to cheat, exploit a bug or a flaw (please report it through the Feedback button), automate the game (bots, scripts), disrupt the service or access other players’ data. Abusive use may lead to a warning, or to the suspension or deletion of the account, without compensation.
6. Game content and parody
The names of hardware, video games and entities appearing in the game are fictional parodies; any resemblance to real brands or products is coincidental. The game, its code, its graphics and its texts remain the property of their author; you are granted a personal, non-exclusive right of use.
7. Availability and liability
The game is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability or of freedom from errors. Progress is saved server-side to the best of the available means; in the event of an interruption, a bug or a loss of data, no compensation may be claimed. The publisher may suspend or discontinue the service, informing players as far as possible.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may change along with the game. In the event of a significant change, you will be asked to accept them again when logging in. The version in force can be consulted at any time from the menu.
